Vinification: Pressing , fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures below 25 ' C with maceration . After the fermentation, it is put in Barrique for 14 months.

Colour: Ruby red
Flavourings: It has hints of blackberry, but are also discernible
mature fruit and spicesTaste: In the mouth it is full bodied, tannic and well structured,
but it always remains well balanced
Pairings: Red meats, bushmeat and aged cheeses. It is suggested
to open it 20 minutes before serving it at 18/20' C
