Vinification: Pressing and crushing maceration at controlled temperatures below 10 ' C for about 24 Hours. Must static decanting and soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperatures below 15 ' C for about 10/15 days
Medium ageing: 3 months in bottle
Colour: Pale yellow
Flavourings: Mango and citrus fruits
Taste: Pleasantly fruity to the palate, it mantains Sagrantino's typical structure, the wine is wellbalanced and it has a good structure and acidity. It is suggested to be opened at a temperature of 10/15'C
Pairings: From appetizers to cheese, it is good even paired with
seafood and shellfish meals
